At 53-16 Northern Boulevard in Woodside, union contractors and carpenters with the New York City District Council of Carpenters built the new Queens Innovation Center from the ground up. The six-story campus features classrooms, science labs, a 550-seat auditorium, a full gym, dining halls, and dedicated arts and music spaces. This union-built project has transformed a former COVID-19 testing site into a state-of-the-art school complex that will serve thousands of students and stand as a lasting investment in the community.
