The Brook Unveiled: Union Craftsmanship in Full Swing

Union contractors and carpenters from the New York City District of Carpenters are steadily continuing their work on a new residential skyscraper in downtown Brooklyn. The Brook, located at 589 Fulton Street, will be 51 stories, stand 575 feet tall, and cover an expansive 557,973 square feet. The building will accommodate 591 rental units, including 30% designated as affordable, along with retail space, and contribute much-needed living space to the area. As the demand for highly skilled labor continues to rise, union carpenters and contractors continue to apply their top-tier expertise and unwavering commitment to safety.
