Work is now complete at The Apsley at 2330 Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. At over 100,000 square feet, this senior living facility will be one of the most modern and cutting-edge in New York City. The structure yields 76 assisted living and 80 memory care apartments with a total capacity of 178 residents. Union contractors and the New York City District Council of Carpenters brought their best for our senior citizens, providing a safe and comfortable space to suit their needs.
