The expansion and modernization of PENN 2

As part of the massive Penn District revitalization plan, union contractors and the @New York City District Council of Carpenters are continuing their work on the new 8-story expansion of PENN 2 (2 Penn Plaza) which recently topped out. The expansion, part of a full-scale overhaul to modernize PENN 2, will contain double-height, column-free interiors for tenant usage and amenities including a town hall, lounges, and outdoor rooftop space.
