Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors

The New York City District Council of Carpenters partnered with Jared Allen’s Homes For Wounded Warriors for its 8th annual Charity Golf Outing. This year the charity event raised $375,000, bringing the total donated to over $1.9 million over the past eight years. This money will go toward the creation of accessible housing for wounded veterans. NYC’s union carpenters are proud to support this cause.

NYC District Council of Carpenters Volunteers - Rebuilding Puerto Rico

Heart 9/11 (Healing Emergency Aid Response Team 9/11) has been sending volunteer teams to assist in rebuilding communities throughout Puerto Rico since Hurricane Maria’s devastation. Union carpenters from the NYC District Council of Carpenters have worked together with local first responders to assist in rebuilding homes, repairing roofs and restoring communities throughout the island.
