New York Public Library's Stephen A. Schwarzman Building

The New York Public Library's Stephen A. Schwarzman Building at 476 Fifth Avenue, an NYC landmark, is in good hands with union contractors and the New York City District Council of Carpenters. This $317 million renovation will provide more public library space, as well as a new entrance on 40th Street, a new learning center, an enlarged exhibition space, and additional room for researchers.
