Carpentry Excellence: Union Efforts Elevate Cancer Care’s New Landmark on Third Avenue

The Victoria and Lloyd Goldman Health Care Pavilion at 1345 Third Avenue on the Upper East Side is nearly topped out. Thanks to union contractors and carpenters with the New York City District Council of Carpenters, the 200,000-square-foot cancer care center will help those battling the disease in a modernized care facility. The upgraded healthcare center (formerly the Northwell Medical Pavilion) will host a multitude of services including imaging and lab testing, a sleep study center, cardiac care, and much more. This vital facility for cancer patients underscores the crucial expertise and safety standards that union contractors and carpenters provide to our community.
